    We are now leasing a move-in ready two bedroom apartment and a one bedroom which will be ready in mid-January 2018. The monthly rent for the two bedroom is $850.00 and $750.00 for the one bedroom based on a 12 month lease.
    The Security Deposit is $300.00 and is completely refundable. The Application Fee $50.00 and is not refundable. We are pet friendly community. A Pet Deposit is required.

We are just ten minutes from downtown Decatur, Emory, DeKalb Medical Center, DeKalb Farmers Market at Ponce de Leon Ave., North Lake Mall and Toco Hill Shopping Center. We are also very close to the major expressways, just a few minutes from I-285 and US-78 and ten minutes to access I-85. The MARTA bus stop for route 75 (Tucker – Avondale Station) is at our driveway, and we are within a walking distance from the Emory Park 'n Ride bus station at North DeKalb Mall. We are also within walking distance from North DeKalb Mall, Shamrock Plaza, North DeKalb Square Shopping Center and restaurants.

    All 64 of our units are rented and we are now 100% occupied. We also have pre-rented some of the upcoming vacancies. Right now 163 people are living in our small community.
